Prepare For Your Wax Like a Pro
1. Let it grow (at least 1/4 inch!)
Hair should be as long as a grain of rice so wax can grip it properly.
2. Exfoliate 24 hours before
Use a gentle scrub or chemical exfoliant the day before to remove dead skin and help prevent ingrowns.
3. Skip lotions, oils, and deodorant day-of
Keep the area clean and product-free so the wax sticks better and results last longer.
4. Wear loose, comfy clothing
Avoid tight jeans or leggings — especially for intimate waxes — to let your skin breathe post-wax.
5. Plan your wax around events
Don’t wax right before a beach day, night out, or gym session. Give your skin 24–48 hours to calm down.
6. Communicate with your esthi
